As the Head of Strategy of SwapCard, Francesca executes on the company's long-term vision by creating actionable game plans. Through these strategic initiatives, enforced by market, competitor, and performance analysis, she ensures internal processes progress efficiently and effectively to deliver SwapCard's best, most productive service, while aligning with an optimal growth trend. Her analytical and creative thinking, planning and organization, and team management skills have been developed through her ongoing roles as Co-Founder and CEO of the nonprofit Together Today, Co-President of Interact Club, and an executive IB Council member of the IB Program at her school. Her passion for creating a globally connected world is reflected in her commitment to expanding accessibility and unlocking the unused value in gift cards, driving greater financial sustainability and scalability. Francesca's aim is to put SwapCard as the forefront of its traction potential, where every step taken is built on user experience-oriented optimization.
