As the Chief Operating Officer of SwapCard, Francesca executes on the company's long-term vision by creating actionable day-to-day game plans. By working closely with and overseeing each department and member of the SwapCard team, she guarantees their aligned and optimal contribution to the company's overall growth trend. Her analytical and creative thinking, planning and organization, and team management skills have been developed through her ongoing roles as Co-Founder and Executive Director of the nonprofit Together Today, Staff Sergeant of VPD Cadets, and an executive IB Council member of the IB Program at her school. Her passion for creating a globally connected world is reflected in her commitment in unlocking the unused value in gift cards to create greater economical sustainability. Through consistent progress and performance analyses, she believes that internal processes must synergise efficiently and effectively to deliver SwapCard's best service, driving forward team productivity, user traction, and scalability.
